Details of the Finca:

1. One (1) Main house with total construction area of 272.40 m2; open area of 167.72 m2 and closed area of 104.68 m2; entrance portal with covered garage, covered perimeter portal, living room, dining room,
kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 sanitary services; laundry.

2. A Galera with Cobertizo and Vereda Techada.

3. Three (3) houses for the Employees with bedrooms, kitchens, laundry, garages, semi-open area and paved corridor.

4. Public services: aqueduct, electric light, public lighting, telephone, sanitary sewer and septic tank.

5. 60 m2 open workshop, semitechado, plus a roofed and alero storage annex.

11. Aqueduct system or water capture of two eyes of water that are born on the farm with several pumping stations. Through water sockets and carried by PVC pipe to two concrete tanks of approximately 2,200 gl c/u, located in the bass of the Finca. From this point the water is pumped up to three (3) accumulation tanks (from 1,200 gl c/u) to the base of the area where the main house is. At this point, of the three tanks, they pass to a line that enters a filter and chlorifier, distributing it to the main house, to a tank of 1,200 gl; and to another tank of 1,200 gl to the two houses of employees.

12. Four (4) water tanks of 1,200 gl c/u, without treatment, for irrigation and cleaning.

13. A closed galley of 219 m2, with concrete floor and walls, carriolas ceiling and zinc, to store tools, equipment, machinery and other applications on the farm.

14. An internal road reinforced with concrete, of about 680 m, from the entrance of the Finca to the Tapia River, with the last section through public servitude, which provides access to the Finca.

15. Other internal roads, of land, with concrete reinforced points, to which they are provided constant maintenance, which allow access to all farms for maintenance and monitoring by land vehicle.

16. Channels of the 2 eyes of water to the Tapia River.

17. The cleaning and raleo work of the farms, of the approximate 25 hectares, we have 15 in optimal condition.

18. The entrance to the estate comes from an asphalt road of a narrow rural road and the estate has an estimated 315 meters in front of the street
