12. Four (4) water tanks of 1,200 gl c/u, without treatment, for irrigation and cleaning.

13. A closed galley of 219 m2, with concrete floor and walls, carriolas ceiling and zinc, to store tools, equipment, machinery and other applications on the farm.

14. An internal road reinforced with concrete, of about 680 m, from the entrance of the Finca to the Tapia River, with the last section through public servitude, which provides access to the Finca.

15. Other internal roads, of land, with concrete reinforced points, to which they are provided constant maintenance, which allow access to all farms for maintenance and monitoring by land vehicle.

16. Channels of the 2 eyes of water to the Tapia River.
