It rents Mountain cabin with spectacular view to the mountains. It has 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine, has a private pool with infinity design, large terrace and fire area with mountain view. The house has WIFI that covers the entire property, Smart TV in all rooms and terrace with cable service, HBO MAX and Amazon Prime Video. Bluetooth sound system for terrace and pool areas, air conditioning in all rooms, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. Full kitchen with all kinds of pots, pans, etc; and all necessary utensils, vajillas vases, etc. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and gas BBQ (includes gas).

The weekend rental is $720 from Saturday to Sunday and $960 from Friday to Sunday. On weekdays is $295 overnight (limited time promotion).

To book the date you must deposit or transfer an abono of $150 and the rest plus the damage guarantee deposit no later than 10 days before the stay. No date is separated.

For the price up to 14 people can be added (up to 3 people can be added, $25 is charged per additional person)

The distribution of the bedrooms is thus: 1 master bedroom with queen bed, walking closet and private bathroom. 2 more bedrooms with 2 full beds each and a shared bathroom. It enters from 2:30 pm onwards, the exit can be at any time if it is Sunday. Other days if someone comes in, the departure time would be 12:00 pm. (After leaving the house you can go to the river or paths of the residential) If no one enters, you can leave at any time. You can opt for late check-out at a cost of $120.00 and may leave at any time.

In the house you can put music but only in low volume, you can not bring horns, in the house there is a sound system for the terrace area and pool that meets the residential volume regulations.
In addition you can't make noises, screams, etc. The security of the residential responds quickly to complaints from neighbors due to noise, music or screams and may be forced to leave the residential if any of these situations occur. The idea is to have a good time without disturbing neighbors. It is a place to rest not for party or rumbas.

The residential can't get into taxis, buses or buses.
