Electrical and Additional Details
The project includes recessed interior lighting where appropriate and exterior lighting fixtures. Smart switches are planned for the living room and main bedroom.

Pre-installations will include outlets for air conditioning units and plumbing and electrical connections for a future dishwasher.

Additional specifications include a 100 lb gas tank capacity, metal doors for the gas niche, and dual-access garbage storage. The main entrance door is designed as a 3.94 ft wide metal door, and interior doors are planned as solid doors with matte black handles.

The covered garage is designed for two vehicles, with additional space for two more vehicles outside.
