The rooms are distributed as follows:

1. Main Room: 2 double bed and 1 34 with A/C and private bathroom
2. Room 2: 2 double beds with A/C
3. Room 3: 1 double bed 34 and 1 double bed with A/C
Observation: In the room there is a 34 bed. She's comfortable as a sofa.

The beds are delivered with linings and pillows with covers, please bring savannahs to kneel.

We keep available in beds up to 15 people, however if they exceed this amount (15) they will have to take their sleeping method and carry an additional cost per person.

Reservation:

• The outstanding balance shall be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the
Separate date. (if the date is booked several months in advance, a second payment may be requested prior to the cancellation of the outstanding balance)

• An additional B/ warranty deposit is requested. 100.00 which will be returned within a maximum of 48 hours of having withdrawn from the house and taking into account that the house remains in the same conditions as it was delivered.


Observation: If for any cause or reason you cancel the reservation, we do not make returns.
