Playa Caracol is the only residential beach area that offers more than 1 km of white sand beach and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the Chame mountain. Within the complex, you have security around the clock. Residents have access to amenities that include swimming pools, barbecue areas, playgrounds, sports fields, a surf club and a restaurant. A hotel is currently being built, which will give residents access to a gym and more restaurants.
