A $50 deposit is also required, which is returned if there are no damages.

With a queen bed, a double bed, and a twin bunk bed. It has its own bathroom inside the bedroom.
Full kitchen with all utensils, and charcoal grill.

To reserve a room, a minimum payment of half of the total is required, and the other half is due two days before the date.
The first person to pay reserves the house (no reservations without a deposit).
