Irregular in shape and mostly flat topography with a slight downward slope towards its back towards the area of the ravine, it has native trees and stubble, it has lateral accesses to other farms.
The property is located in Rio Hato, approximately 115 km from the capital city. Near the entrance from the Pan-American Highway is located Hacienda Santa Monica (currently under residential development and the facilities of Hato Viejo Boutique Hotel, the beach area of Buenaventura and Playa Blanca and the town of Rio Hato.
Very close to a few kilometers from this community are the community of El Infiernillo, Llano Bonito, Los Polos, El Retiro among others.
