But first, let me share something with you.

If you're tired of going to the beach in areas you don't like because the beach is dirty or poorly maintained, with nowhere to sit comfortably and no shade, hardly any services, entertainment, restaurants, stores nearby, or anything… well, maybe it's not that bad, but no need to over-dramatize.

If you have to be looking for safe places where your kids can go out to play, run, or ride bikes without risk. If the beach is your only option and you'd like to enjoy other alternatives for days when you'd prefer a freshwater pool or a saltwater pool, and even slides to dive into the water, all in one place, without having to buy "apple glasses" (which, although they add some realism, it's not the same as experiencing it in person).

You can enjoy better than in an "all-inclusive" (which isn't usually all that nor includes everything), for an investment that you'll surely find interesting in the long run, in a gated community, with 24-hour security, green areas, a "town center" with bars, restaurants, shops, and sports areas. And the best part, without a single noise and without neighbors. It's one of the very few buildings with an elevator exit directly to a private lobby where you won't have to see any annoying neighbors while looking for your keys to open the door. It's very bright because it's external. And very convenient if you need to go up and down quickly because it's on the first floor.

This is a great opportunity to buy an apartment in the best tourist area of Panama, where the second-largest saltwater pool in America is located.

It has two external bedrooms, the main one directly connects to the terrace and has a good walking closet. The living room is spacious, for playing or watching movies. It has 2 bathrooms because with fewer it could be complicated having to wait to get in, which is appreciated when there's an urgency. There's a large terrace where you can go out to have a coffee or a beer, I've done it many times, the beer especially. Less than 5 minutes walking from the saltwater pool (or 2 minutes by car. Having 1 parking space assigned in the building and plenty of free parking next to the lagoon, I prefer to go by car and not have to carry anything), less than 10 minutes walking to the beach (or 4 minutes by car), and for when you don't want saltwater you have the freshwater pool right behind the building. All with free sun loungers and shade.
Only 4 neighbors per floor, but each one with its own independent private lobby coming directly from the elevators.
The living room with the door that gives access to the terrace, and to the main bedroom, which will give you options to avoid going by living room while kids are watching a movie.

The views of the sunrise sitting from the living room sofa are wonderful.

Questions you might ask yourself:

Why were you stressed the first night?

Because being used to sleeping with the relentless noise of the city, with loud cars and trucks, and the music from bars and restaurants at night. The first time in this apartment, when night fell, there was no sound (except maybe a seagull at dawn and the sound of the waves). You have everything in a single, extraordinarily quiet complex, and so much silence initially threw me off. But then, being able to enjoy all the amenities and having your kids have a great time every weekend is priceless.

Is the apartment bright?

Very much so, it has natural light, it's external, it's better to see it in person.

Does it have air conditioning?

The apartment is quite cool, even so, each room has its air conditioning, and also fans with 3 colors of light and 7 speeds.

Is the price negotiable?

No

"Well, I think it's very expensive."
"Well, I don't, and neither does the person who's going to buy it, because the price is not negotiable."

Is it far from the beach?

Less than 10 minutes walking, literally. From one of the best-maintained beaches in Panama. With the possibility of horseback riding on the beach, doing water activities, or enjoying some good drinks lying on a sun lounger. Watching the seagulls pass in a "V" formation in front of you, while the kids play in the sand.

Are there supermarkets, stores, bars, or restaurants nearby?

Less than 3 minutes by car, you have a commercial plaza with Super 99, Novey, Farmacia Arrocha, Gourmeats, among others. Or if you prefer, in the town center, within the complex (PH), there are bars, restaurants, and shops.

Is it a good investment?

It is. We're talking about a 133 m^2 apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the first floor with an elevator. Private lobby and direct exit from the elevator. Assigned parking. In a residential complex with 24-hour security on the outer perimeter and additional security also 24 hours at the building's entrance. They also help you with luggage or anything else you need. Without a doubt, a spectacular place with good attention.

It's a secure value.
