This project proposes a new way of living; its architecture is based on clarity and functionality. The spaces open up to the surroundings, taking advantage of natural light, cross ventilation, and the warm texture of the materials. It includes a Working Lab, Open Garden, Wellness Spa with massage rooms, sauna, Turkish bath, and a hybrid circuit, Training Studio, Yoga Den, Sky Terrace, Pool Haven, and a kids' nest.
