This is an architecture project in synergy with climate, nature and the urban environment. It is a residential proposal with bioclimatic architecture located in Coco del Mar, between Omar Park and Panama Bay. Sensible and responsible for the environment and conditions it offers.

The building expresses its architecture as a design criterion, incorporating a bioclimatic concept taking advantage of the environmental factors that affect it and that allow to provide a comfortable atmosphere.

Sustainable / Ecological Benefits :

The rigorous selection and diversity of vegetation will promote politicization and contribute to strengthening the local ecosystem.

With the approximate planting of 500 m2 in the public spaces of the project, it is estimated that it will be able to absorb CO2, and that in a period of 10 years it will reach 1,200 pounds.

The project has ecological gardening, which will allow to retain and filter the water.

Rainwater can be harvested up to 40% in the sector, from the proposed green areas and permeable surfaces.
