GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The land is quite flat and rectangular in shape: 25 meters in front and wide, and approximately 111 meters in depth.
The street is parallel (approximately 200 meters) from the Main Way (Pa Pan American Road) to the “La Doña” Sector ... (between the Machetazo and Cochéz - See more precise location on the map).
It is important to note that this area is one of the only ones in Panama City where they converge and can be accessed at the same time, the NORTE Corridor and the SUR Corridor, .... in addition to access to the METRO Line No.2!

ZONIFICATION OF MIVIOT (Ministry of Housing and Territorial Planning)
According to Resolution No. 60 of 11 February 2015, (by which is established the Partial Plan of Terriotorial Ordering for the Tocumen Corrections, 24 December and Mañanitas) the zoning established for the area where our lot is located (Finca No.208128), is the:
ILC2 Zoning (IL - Livian or Inofensive Industries; and C2 – High Intensity Urban Commercial)
According to descriptions of MIVIOT zoning standards:
- IL zonings are those whose operation does not harm neighboring areas, without the use of special controls; and
- C2 zonings are those that include commercial facilities in general, in addition to residential multifamily use, independent or combined with trade, according to the density and characteristics of the area, and their complementary uses.
