Globe of land located in Piedra de Candela between 1550 and 1800m of altitude between the Candela River and the border with Costa Rica and bordering the La Amistad Forest Park. The area where the farm is located are areas of agricultural purpose (RM1).
The property consists of planting coffees of the Catuai variety on approximately 45 hectares of land, all with seventeen plot markings. The total farm balloons total 103 hectares plus 6,607m2.
All property is duly titled and registered in the Public Registry of Panama, complying with all the rules and laws of the Republic of Panama.
Description:
Within the property there are currently infrastructures that are detailed below:

To increase the vigor of the plant and the size of the grain as well as the health of the plantation, our plantation is renewed in a ten year cycle. After five years the coffee trees are pruned in a stepped form from the leg to two feet producing new shoots in the main troco leaving an axis by trunk. After ten years the plant is completely replaced.
Annual Production and Yields:
In the cultivated area of ​​forty-eight hectares (48 hectares), we produce an average of per year, with 95% of our production exported to the United States exclusively to Peets Coffee and Tea. The remaining coffee is sold locally. The average yields per hectare fluctuate between 45-60 qq.
The plantation has 186,000 trees in production.
