Located 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, the beach of Jiquelite, also known for the name of Santana beach, is a beautiful beach, well known for surfers, as it offers beautiful waves all year round due to the geography of Nicaragua. The beach has a long and wide stretch of sand, caressed by the wide tides and joined by a wide river where local children love to play. Santana beach attracts many surfers and tourists, as it is one of the most beautiful in the area of Tola.

The important wildlife is present throughout the hotel and is an extra attraction for tourists. It is not rare to see a multitude of birds, wild monkeys and iguanas wandering around the property.

The road project that will join the Nicaraguan capital, Managua, with the Tola area has already begun and should be ready in a short time. The main international airport will soon be only 103 km away. Costa Esmeralda International Airport is just 9.2 km from the hotel.
