It is located 20 minutes from the capital that is Managua, at Km 12.5 of the Road Vieja to León; in a privileged area that has an extraordinary microclimate, thanks to the vegetation of the sector providing the sensation of situating you in the forest, having the possibility of healthy recreation coexisting constantly with nature.

The main objective is the implementation of a semi-urban lot project, with lots suitable for the construction of houses and streets in accordance with the provisions of the sector's land use regulations and the county's internal rules.

The project whose dimensions are the following: surface area 39.7 blocks corresponding to 397,659.09 square poles.

Roads: 2 main streets of 3 kilometers were enabled, and 5 secondary streets have been drawn.


The "A fake " block does not have public service, i.e. it does not have the sewage system, electrical service, there are electrical ducting facilities so it is feasible in the future to have access to these services. And it has drinking water through a well that supplies 60%.

The promoter at another stage of the project will have to assume topographical outline of the areas of project, selection, rescue and relocation of flora, mechanical removal of the vegetation, concentration of detachment residues and removal outside the county.
