The 27th kilometer from Carretera to El Salvador will be the determining point of the industrial boom of this sector, thanks to the CAES project, the largest industrial park in the sector, developed strategically in one of the most urban and commercial areas of Guatemala.

The CAES Industrial Park is the largest and most ambitious project of the developer, which will become the logistics ecosystem of Carretera to El Salvador. Next will be the launch of the first phase of the project that has 45 wineries with footage from 433mts2 of construction. With an initial investment of 20 million dollars, this business focus will attract different businesses and growth opportunities, as well as logistic connection points and generation of more than 1,200 jobs between direct and indirect.
