It's a 5-room house with bathroom each, but I describe it better like this:

Fully closed house with upholstery, completely private, with direct access to the beach with decorative fence of wood, and with 2 terraces type deck, with area to be tanned and with grill area, playing with height and direct view to the beach and the Sun.

The house has gate and direct access to the beach and with retaining wall and rocks towards the beach, to live the high tide right at your feet.

Parking space from 4 to 5 vehicles, garden space.

Family room with separate access and double wooden door, which comes from the terrace adjacent to the garden, this room has windows with view, lighting and ventilation to the deck adjacent to the beach, excellent atmosphere.

Large kitchen and dining area with garden view, is an independent, enclosed space with wooden breakfast bar and its access to the vestibular corridor.

3 spacious rooms with their bathroom each, with enough space for 1 or 2 beds and closet. 2 rooms have their access to a terrace adjacent to a garden and the third to a corridor and parking.

Main room with own bathroom is located, next to the Family Room.

The house offers you, just as you enter the park, the zone of servitude or room for the caretaker or administrator of the house, with its spacious room, area of offices and cellar, bathroom, independent to the central house

Vesibular, roofed but open bridge, which connects you to the park area and house of the caretaker, towards the kitchen, towards rooms and towards interior garden that d to the beach.

Large interior garden, with its coconut trees, Chinese gram in excellent maintenance, surrounded by decorative rocks, this space has potential to develop a swimming pool.
