Description
Ships for rent, the same is located on 6 November and has the
following benefits for customers:

Controlled Vehicle Access: The project will have electric gate to control
access to the project.

Access in controlled motorcycles: The project will have a special entry for motorcycles.

Pedestrian Access Employees: The project will have a special entrance for pedestrians, which is right next to the security kit.

Access Visits: People visiting the project must go to the security club to be noted, registered and the security will confirm with the tenant to give access to it.

Parks: Each ship according to its size will have a number of parks assigned, which will be identified to avoid drawbacks between tenants.



Identification: Each ship will be duly identified with its number, and in the same way they will have a small space assigned to place the logo of the tenant.

Technical forecasts: each ship has the relevant outputs for installation of Cameras and alarms. Plant room: each ship will have its plant room, where they can place it, which will have all the electrical forecasts for the installation.

Daykeeper: The project will have a goalkeeper in the security club from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm for the management and control of the subject of the different types of access.

Night Safety: The project will have night security 365 days of the year from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Security Camera: The entire project will have security cameras in the common areas for control and security purposes.

Management Office: The project will have an office within it, to support and follow up both the standards and the different requests of the tenants in the project, this office will work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
