On its first level it has a lobby with integrated security system where access to vertical nuclei that intercoms the building is allowed. Iqual shape on the first level develops a side terrace area access ramp for users who need it

It has ten levels of total height and four levels of basements for parking lots, of which the first level is a double height lobby, with access controls to corporate levels of office, and a social area composed of a panoramic terrace on its tenth level with city views. It has about 3,085 mts2 of corporate use of developed offices on eight levels, and a terrace area of 385 mts2. The project offers air conditioning system in common areas with high energy efficiency equipment.

The eight levels for the corporate USO have a gross area of 400 mts2 where offices with central vertical access services, bathrooms and cleaning are developed. At each level of the building, a quarter of machines are planned to generate the facilities of place to the various commercial premises.
