The home is situated at 7,300 feet above sea level and includes the following: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fireplace, full kitchen, covered porch, laundry building, covered garage/work area, and barbecue area.

This home has spectacular views of Costa Rica’s Central Valley, and quick access to the Braulio Carrillo National Park, one of Costa Rica’s most important cloud forest reserves. Equally important, our farm offers a degree of autonomy and privacy not possible in a city dwelling. A mountain spring supplies the home with potable drinking water that is chemical-free.

The home is a great location for outdoor enthusiasts as well; it is walking distance to the park entrance. The flora and fauna here are spectacular as is the weather – cool and pure mountain air that is never too hot or too cold.
