Two adjoining properties are sold in the Otoya quarter, opposite the Calderon Guardia Hospital, which has 1,176.87 m2 of land, and 1,110 m2 of construction between the two properties.

They are located in an area of the urban sector, in the northeast of San José, whose use of soil is mixed (ressidencial and commercial), with asphalted streets, sidewalks, cordon, canyon and rainwater sewer. There are two different properties where two very important medical care centers are located: a) the Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center and b) the Reconstruction and Maxillofacial Surgery Center, which require being located very close to the Hospital, for the same nature of the service they provide to patients.

(a) The first building that is the main property, is a corner lot that has 25 meters of front for 32 meters of background, in which the Rehabilitation Center of the Hospital is located, which has area of 983.61 m2 and 855 m2 of construction in three floors. The clinic has its own elevator, own electric plant and telephone center.

The rehabilitation area has its gym, Aquarium pool with mirror and turbulent waters to all luxury, to carry out rehabilitation practices with patients. The floors are made of ceramics and ceilings. It is rented in C4,479,475 per month, and has a contract with the Hospital which expires until 2,023.

Although it is true it is an old house, it was completely remodeled in 2,004, with a very important level of investment, being the finishes of very high quality, with fine woods, and completely new and numb electrical installation.

(b) In the second building, the consultation of two specialties is given plus the realization of healings of the users of both the Maxillofacial area and the Reconstructive Surgery area. There is also an office for planning Maxillofacial surgeries and a classroom for teaching on the second floor. It has a ground area of 193.26 m2 and 255 m2 of construction on two floors.

It is a privileged, exclusive, unique and highly valued place for its strategic location, where the extensive properties such as this are very scarce and therefore valuable as a logistics center to support the satellite services required for the good functioning of the Hospital.
