The complex is across the company Intel. It is known for its strict security and nice sense of community. There’s no need for bars on the windows. The complex also has a large swimming pool, family gathering area, tennis court. All the common areas and green areas are exceptionally well kept. The security is 24/7 and they are very strict on who gets past the gate.
The dwelling is all in one floor, it has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. Parking for two cars, a large modern kitchen, and ample family room. The high ceilings give the living room and dining room plenty of breathing room. There’s an office that could be used as a fourth bedroom.
Also it has a very nice enclosed patio that leads to the backyard. This backyard has its own access to the outside.
