This property has a size of 1.175m2 and it is located in a small village in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula at an altitude of approximately 600m.
The house is a typical Costa Rican house partly made with block and partly with wood and the inside room divisions are made from wood. There are 3 small bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen and bath. On one side of the house they added more roofed space which one could convert to a roofed terrace.
There are some fruit trees on the property and also flower bushes; in fact the vegetation around the house is rather lush. In the back of the house there is an old shack that one could take away to use the space otherwise.
The house is connected to public water and electric and the access is year round good. There is a little supermarket in the village and for bigger shopping one would drive to Carmona which is about 40 minutes away. The nearest beach is Playa Coyote at a distance of about 30 minutes.
