San Miguel beach is still one of the hidden gems on the Nicoya Peninsula. It lies in southwestern Guanacaste on the Pacific coast with white beaches and mesmerizing sunsets. On this gorgeous beach there is a concession lot for sale. Most lots in Costa Rica within the 200-meter maritime zone are concession properties.

The size is 1758 m2 which is almost half acre. There is public water and electricity available. There are several coconut trees and other tropical plants on the property.

The beach itself is several kilometers long and very wide at low tide. It is good for swimming and surfing. The Flora and fauna are very diverse with ideal fishing, birdwatching, thousands of turtles laying eggs, river kayaking and much more.

The area is rural and not very touristed. The ambience has not changed much over the past 30 years which makes the charm of this place. Although it is rural there are still great dining opportunities. The nearest town is around 15 minutes by car and offers all necessities. For bigger errands, clinics, banks, and much more, there is Carmona just under an hour away.
