Two-room apartment with terrace, living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, which has double bed and single bed, is fully equipped and furnished, has microwave, refrigerator, cable TV, and basic kitchenettes.

Price includes payment of cable TV services, does not include payment of water and light services as these would be paid by the tenant.

Internet service available for a monthly fee.

Our facilities also feature a large swimming pool and private parking; we are also facing the sea, only 50 metres from the sea.

It does not have air conditioning, however, they are equipped with fans and fans.
