The reception is located at the main entrance of Azenza Towers.

Among the amenities offered by Azenza Towers is a special area for children, where residents can coordinate for a caregiver to receive their children in the afternoon after kindergarten and entertain them while their parents arrive, or simply take care of them in case of home visits. In addition, the games room offers entertainment options such as television, ping pong and futbolines.

The building has two meeting rooms, one with capacity for four people and one for eight people, allowing residents to work with colleagues without having to enter their private areas. There is also an area of food preparation and beverages for comfort during meetings.

At present, we have a single apartment consisting of kitchen, living room and laundry center, a full bathroom for the second bedroom and visits, two bedrooms, the main one with private bathroom and "walking closet stranger " , plus a balcony connected to the living room and kitchen.

The apartment is located on the 15th floor and offers a spectacular view to the west, where you can contemplate the mountains of Heredia and Alajuela (like Barba and Poás), the mountains of Escazú and the Valley. The sunset views are really unique.

The unit is delivered with two covered parking spaces and a cellar of approximately 1.2 square meters. No furniture or white line are included.
