UBICATION

The estate is located in Heredia, in the canton of Sarapiquí, La Virgen district, 500 meters north of the urban center of San Ramón de La Virgen de Sarapiquí.

General ASPECTS OF THE ZONE

• The area can be reached by two routes, either by the Heredia or Alajuela sector, passing by San Miguel or by the road between San José and Guápiles, deviating at the crossing to Río Frío.
• The area has asphalt streets in good condition, electric service, telephone service, drinking water network (through the use of swimming and rural aqueducts).
• The main centers of population are La Virgen and Puerto Viejo, in the latter place is the majority of institutional, commercial, medical, banking, etc.
• In addition, the area has land dedicated to planting ornamental plants and potters for milk and fattening cattle.

GENERAL INFORMATION OF THE TERREN

• The terrain has a predominantly undulating topography, combined with some flat areas and others with slopes.
• Its linings are defined by barbed wire fences on poles, by public street and by the Pozo Azul River.
• The topographical characteristics of the farm allow the development of activities such as: agribusiness, livestock and cultivation of ornamental plants.
• Within the property there are natural sources for the supply of water, with well-flowing nascents and internal brittles.
