From most parts of the property one can enjoy breathtaking views over the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding mountains. There is an internal road which needs renovation but leads up to a spectacular building plateau. Further up there are more potential places to create building platforms.

There are several fruit trees on the property like Mango, many Orange Trees, Cas (Psidium friedrichsthalianum), Avocado, Banana, Nance (Byrsonima crassifolia), Guavas, Jocote (Red Mombin) and more. Public Water and electricity are also available.
