In a small village in the mountains of Nandayure on the Nicoya Peninsula at around 600 meters over the sea lies this gorgeous property.
Although the property is in the village, the setting is really private due to the topography and the number of trees. It would be to long to list all the fruit trees but to name some, there are around 250 orange trees of different kinds such as Valencia, Orlando, Minneola. Furthermore, there are 30 lemon trees, 30 avocado trees, 10 Mango trees, and a lot more native exotic tropical fruit such as Caimito, Cas, Nanci, Zapote, Guanabana, and much more.
There is also a big open bodega with a closed section that is being used as storage. With a little effort one could turn the small storage room into a living arrangement or close the entire bodega to make a big house. There also are more areas where cabins could be built with nice views and a lot of privacy on the same property. Some of the trees could be cut down with no problem if one needed more space for construction or such.
The village has a small shop, a church, school, and small clinic. The area is very rural and laid back, not much has changed here over the past decades. The climate is great since one escapes the heat of the lowlands. The next bigger town is around 30 minutes away and offers all necessities, such as banks, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.
The gorgeous beaches of the Pacific are around 45 minutes by car.
