This 38ha (95acre) farm is located on the Nicoya Peninsula near the town of Carmona. The biggest part of the property is forested but there is also an area of about 7 ha of pasture land for keeping cattle or horses. A river which has water all year round is crossing the property and there are two waterfalls on the land.
It is an idyllic setting and one could well build a house with view to one of the waterfalls. Part of the land is rather steep but there are also flat or semi flat areas.
