This gorgeous 31-hectare (76 acre) property is located in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula at an altitude of around 750m (2460feet). An internal road leads from the entrance of the property to the highest point of the farm. Since the Ocean is only 9 kilometers (5.5 miles) away in a straight line, yet the property is so high, the views are truly spectacular. The internal road has not been maintained so it would need to be repaired.

There is a huge natural plateau from where you can enjoy these breathtaking panoramic Ocean views over the Pacific. There is enough space up here to build your dream home with a large pool and there would still be plenty of room left for more buildings.

The farm is known locally for its good water since one of the springs is used for the village water. There are two more springs of which one has been prepared for usage and has water all year round. The soil is very fertile and ideal for any type of citrus fruit, coffee and more. Several fruit trees have been planted such as jack fruit, mango, soursop, lemons, oranges and more.

Public electricity comes all the way to the property but has not been connected. The access to the farm is good all year round. There is a school, bar, church, small supermarket in the village, for larger purchases, banks, clinics and more one would drive to Carmona which is approximately a 40-minute drive. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the beautiful Coyote Beach.
