Near the beautiful beach of San Miguel, we find this small property with pleasant views over the Pacific Ocean. The property has a man-made, flat building plateau ideal for building your dream house. The property, however, goes further up the mountain in case one wanted to flatten another plateau further up with more spectacular ocean views.

The area is rural and laid back. On the long beaches you rarely bump into another human being. The colorful sunsets, the flora and fauna are incredibly rich and diverse. This area is one of the few ‘blue zones’ in the world.

The beach is barely 2 minutes’ drive away. Although the area is rural and untouristed there are some great restaurants and an authentic Italian pizzeria around.

The next bigger village with supermarkets, more restaurants and a hardware store is around 15 minutes’ drive away. In 2 and a half hours you reach the Liberia International Airport.
