This 12acre farm is livestock land and therefore the property consists mainly of pasture. On the main hill, which offers a beautiful view, there is enough space to build one or more houses. If a cattle ranch with pastures is not what you are looking for, you can also plant a wide variety of fruit trees and other tropical trees here, because the height of 650m at which the property is located offers the ideal climate for almost all types of fruit trees.
