At an altitude of around 800 meters (2400 feet) above sea level the climate is pleasant, and the views are spectacular. In the distance one can enjoy the white waves breaking on the Carrillo Beach. The mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula are a great place to settle down and live an earth-based lifestyle.

The property is ideal for that since it already planted with several different vegetables and fruits. All have been treated organically so the water and soil are unspoiled of any chemicals. Among the fruits and veggies, we find corn, beans, cilantro, oranges, bananas, mangos, mountain apple, and more.

Furthermore, there are far over 50 Pine trees that could be used to build several cabins on the different terraces. There are three terraces or plateaus of which 2 are being used for farming and the biggest one is ready to develop.

Public water and electricity are available as well as a natural spring that has water around 9 months of the year.

Beautiful beaches such as San Miguel or Coyote Beach are around 45 minutes by car. The nearest town is around 15 minutes’ drive and offers all necessities including clinics, banks, and different markets.
