Near the popular village of Huacas in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula at around 1500 feet of altitude lies this property planted with 2acres of coffee and 3acres of pasture. The pasture is high quality and used for making hay balls and sold on the market. The coffee too is sold every year for the current coffee price established by a cooperative. This particular plantation brings around a thousand pounds of produce every year.

Around one and a half acre is covered in forests, bordering the little creek that runs alongside the property. In this part we find big trees scattered in the smaller bush.

There is a small lagoon with a little island that has water all year round, perfect for irrigation or for personal enjoyment. Unfortunately, the pictures taken are in the rainy season, hence the lagoon has a brown color.

A small hilltop with great views offers the perfect place to build a house overlooking the farm as well as surrounding mountains.

With several hundred feet of road frontage and public water and electricity there is even the possibility to make smaller parcels and resell them in the future.

Schools, Banks and other facilities can be found in the sleepy town of Hojancha around 15 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches such as Carrillo and Samara Beach can be reached in under an hour.
