Around 10 minutes by car from the beautiful long white sand beach on the Nicoya Peninsula lies this cozy 10 room hotel with swimming pool.

The property is around 1000m2 big plus a parking lot of around 400m2. All rooms have the same size and are equipped with a TV, Fridge, small kitchen with no stoves, A/C, Bathroom, and different constellations of Bed sizes ranging from two queen sized to three single beds or two singles and one queen sized.

There is a shared kitchen with all utensils available, a beautiful common area with a rancho and a green garden with different ornamental plants where we find the swimming pool to enjoy the sun.

There is a reception as well as an entire two-story apartment with 2 more rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a living area. This is ideal to live and manage the hotel or depending on intentions to have a worker live and manage the hotel.

The nearest village is San Francisco and is in walking distance. Here you find shops, restaurants, cafés and more. The nearest beach is called Coyote Beach and is truly beautiful. Yet there are many more gorgeous beaches and other attractions in the area such as waterfalls, hiking, horseback riding or the great turtle arrival just 30 minutes north by car.

The Liberia international airport can be reached in under two and a half hours.
