He’s the only one that I know that imports and uses galvanized steel in all of his structures. His homes, from the design of the septic tanks, to the placement of the pipes, to his preference for underground water reserve tanks, to the attention to every detail in the finishes reflect the expertise that he’s gained during his long career. He’s lived in Brisas for many years, has built other houses In the neighborhood, and would be delighted to introduce you to those previous buyers.
