All rooms with own balcony (except family room and dorm). The Pacific apartment and/or the pacific room can be used by owner and/or rented our to customers. Further a shared room for staff and an individual room for manager/chef (with AC). In addition the property has a well-trained resident hostel manager (English, German, French and Spanish) and staff (residents and volunteers) to ensure great guest attention and a smooth operation without owner's presence on the property.
